Sessions can run in English, Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin — whichever helps you think most clearly. No language barrier should stand between you and understanding a document.

Fixed sessions, no surprises

Every service has a clear scope, a fixed price and a defined end point. You know what you are paying for before we start, and there are no add-on charges along the way.

You stay in control

We prepare and explain; you decide and submit. We never act on your behalf without your knowledge, and we never pressure you toward a particular choice.

Common questions

Tide-table FAQ

Answers to what most visitors ask before their first visit.

Do I need to book in advance, or can I just walk in?
Walk-in slots are available Tuesday to Friday between 10:00 and 16:30, and Saturday mornings between 09:00 and 13:00. If you prefer a confirmed time, or if you're enquiring about the Volunteer Coordination Programme, we suggest booking in advance using the form below or by calling us.
What documents should I bring to a session?
For enrolment sessions, bring any letters or notices you have received from the school or programme, along with your child's identification documents. For letter explanation sessions, bring the correspondence itself. Originals are preferred, but photocopies are fine if originals are unavailable. We will not retain copies without your agreement.
How is the RM 1,600 Letter Explanation Package structured across four sessions?
The four one-hour sessions are spread across roughly four weeks, so you have time between each meeting to review what we covered and gather any follow-up documents. Sessions can be booked on the same day each week, or spaced differently depending on your schedule and the urgency of the correspondence.
Is the Volunteer Coordination Programme only for large organisations?
Not at all. The programme is designed for residents' associations, small faith-based groups, and charities that may have as few as five to ten active volunteers. The ten-week structure is sized to work for groups that are just getting organised, not only for established institutions.
Does Bunga Harbour give legal or financial advice?
No. We explain what documents say in plain language and help you organise the steps needed to respond. We do not advise on rights, obligations, legal strategy or financial decisions. If a letter raises legal or financial questions, we will tell you clearly and suggest you consult the appropriate professional.
Are prices fixed or do they vary by case?
The prices listed — RM 495 for enrolment assistance, RM 1,600 for the letter package, and RM 4,250 for the volunteer programme — are fixed for the scope described. If your situation involves additional complexity, we will discuss this with you before any commitment and give you a clear adjusted figure in writing.
How do I pay, and is payment required upfront?
We accept cash, bank transfer and DuitNow QR at the centre. For individual sessions a deposit is not required; you pay at the start of your first appointment. For the Volunteer Coordination Programme, a 50% deposit is taken before the first workshop and the balance before the final session.
